At Meme Frames, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Standard Returns (30-Day Window)

Our standard return policy lasts 30 days from the date your order is delivered. If 30 days have gone by, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or standard exchange.

  • To be eligible for a standard return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same new condition that you received it.
  • Custom-printed (personalized / customer-requested designs) license plate frames are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or email receipt) is required to complete your return.

1-Year Print Warranty

All Meme Frames are backed by our 1-Year Replacement Warranty. If your frame experiences UV-printed text fading, peeling, or cracking under normal driving conditions within 365 days of delivery, please contact us with a photo of the frame, your name, order number, and shipping address and we will ship you a free replacement.

Damages & Defective Items (Exchanges)

We inspect every item before shipping, but if your package arrives damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect, we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you. Please email us at memeframes@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue so we can issue a replacement or file a claim with the carrier.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt and whether your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 3–7 business days (depending on your bank or credit card provider).

Return Shipping Instructions

To initiate a return, please email us first at memeframes@gmail.com to receive return authorization.

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. International shipping fees from original orders are non-refundable.
